The Two Sunflower
Have you ever looked back at your past self and wished you could hug her?
This is my most personal project. Through illustration, I created The Two Sunflowers as a metaphor of my own experiences, growth, healing, and becoming.
This piece invites you to see both versions of me.
The green text represents who I am now - someone who has grown, learned, and is still healing.
The red text represents my younger self - scared, unsure, and afraid of being judged.
The falling dead petal represents letting go, forgiving myself, and allowing for healing.
This project isn’t just about me, it’s about anyone who is learning to grow, to heal, and to be kinder to themselves.
